I've been making this sweet chili sauce for years and it is a pantry staple. As this year was a bumper year for the tiny wild plums that grow nearby, I was able to make a second more fruity asian inspired sauce that is similar to hoisin. Both of these dipping sauces taste really great and are incredibly versatile. My chef neighbour loved the wild plum sauce with wild game and I know my dad will love this with his Sunday roasts too, he already loves the chili one.
 
These delicious sauces are well loved here and elevate everything from rice and noodle dishes to sandwiches, cheese boards, meats and fish. They create magic on pretty much everything they touch so my rommendation is to taste them on their own first so as to familiarize yourself with their flavour profiles, and adventure from there. Once open, keep refrigerated.
 
These come to you in generously sized apothecary bottles made from recycled glass, with durable screw top. Each vessel is adorned with a mini posey of wild lunar botanicals, and a hand written plant fiber paper label embossed with our Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art. These are lovingly held in place with a beautiful plant fiber cordage made from mugwort and rose. Each bottle is finished with our full colour Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art.
 
All of our products are made with wild seasonal ingredients, gathered biodynamically from the mountains around our nest and our own little garden. They are free of all additives, artificial flavours and preservatives and should be kept refridgerated.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
