I have a huge love of working with fossilized bones, and a deep connection and respect for the creatures they came from. The beautiful patterns and textures in fossilized bone is something rather extraordinary to behold, and for it to be the fossilized bone of a whale speaks to its ability to connect with the depths of the emotions and emotional/fluid body. At the risk of sounding 'new agey', whale is long believed to be the keeper of the akashic records and cosmic library, which speaks to the multitude of myths, legends and stories that refer to them as wisdom keepers. In over 35 years, I have never seen another fossilized whale bone skull at all, and I feel it is fair to say that this is an exceptionally rare find.
 
Please note that this crystal colleague is intended for personal work, especially to support those in teaching/facilitating roles so that they can expand and grow into those roles in the way they need to. This crystal is not suited for group work, session work with others, or as a decorative dust catcher for an altar or 'spiritual prop' on social media.
